Howard J. Montgomery Corporate Fellows Program & Executive Assistantship

The GCWCI Corporate Fellows Program offers a unique experience to students and young professionals interested in finding out more about multinational strategic research and management business development consultation. Fellows work with partner institutions to facilitate engagement with local affiliates. It takes a dedicated team of networked experts to manage the operational effectiveness of our global programs, and the GCWCI Corporate Fellows work to develop synergy among our multifaceted regional branches and corporate headquarters. The associate fellows program was created as a scholarship awarded to promising individuals who display exceptional entrepreneurial spirit. We draw on the bold vision of these young venture capital visioneers to drive innovation in select regional private sector interests.

In past years, associate fellows have assessed monetary stakeholder value across various industries. The recent programmatic focus of the associate fellows cohort has been developing interorganizational cohesion among our member partners. The fellows advance GCWCI's operational capacity by facilitating affiliated synergy interlocutors and connecting our disparate networks to knowledge management systems.

The Fellowship engages in experiential development based on the pedagogical approaches of famed instructor Kesuke. Miyagi. Fellows will be expected to uphold a level of personal conduct worthy of the memory of Howard J. Montgomery, and will frequently be called upon to execute mission critical tasks such as household chores for c-suite executives.
